CNM Fine Art is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected, and any information is only used within the confines outlined below. 

Our basis for collecting or using personal information is to provide services and/or goods outlined in items a) to c) below. Data is collected and used in order to share information regarding;

a) The artist's artworks and portfolios

b) The selling of artwork pieces 

c) Informing about up-and-coming events related to the artist. 

What data we collect

We will only obtain your data directly from you. (e.g. when a user contacts directly, purchases artwork, completes a contact form, signs up to a newsletter, etc.). We do not share your data with any third parties whatsoever for any type of marketing purposes. We may collect;

· Contact details - Names, telephone numbers and Email addresses. Used for correspondence.

· Delivery details - Addresses may be collected for the purpose of artwork delivery. Addresses may be shared with third party delivery couriers when required and will be deleted once delivery is confirmed by both parties.

· Payment information - appropriate payment information will be used for the purpose of sales using recognised systems (SumUP, Paypal, BACS). All payment information will be deleted following transactions.
